Thank You
We would first like to thank each and every one of you who have supported our first EP “Wired”. We are continuously amazed with every stream, download, and purchase. Without you guys, there would be no STATION, and we are so grateful!
Second, as some people may have seen from Facebook, we recently returned from Nashville where we were working with Michael again to prepare for our full length album. Pre-production is underway and we can’t wait to get back in the studio!
Lastly, a special thank you to everyone who came out to Arlene’s Grocery on April 3rd. It was an amazing night and we’re so thankful for everyone that came. We’ll be announcing more shows very soon, but coming up we’ll be at Lulu’s in Port Jefferson on Sat, Apri 13th, and Club Fusion in Syracuse, NY on April 20th.

Grand Funk – Arlene’s – The Room and More!
Ok. It’s been a little while since we made a post, but we’ve got some important announcements to make.
First and foremost, we’d like to thank The Ridgefield Playhouse for the opportunity to open for Grand Funk Railroad. It was an awesome time, and we got to meet Bruce Kulick! Allie – You’re awesome!
Secondly, we’ve got another kickass show in store for you all at Arlene’s Grocery next Saturday, Oct 13th. Be sure to RSVP to our official Facebook event by clicking here: https://www.facebook.com/events/195435220589081/. This is a show you will NOT want to miss! We’ve got a few new tricks up out sleeve, and we can’t wait to share them with you all.
Finally, we’d like to announce that Station will be back in Brookfield, CT on November 10th to play a benefit show for “The Matthew Dower Fund.” Some of you may have heard that this past July, our friends in Revel 9 lost their guitarist and companion, Matt Dower. This fund was set up to benefit Matt’s two year old daughter, Penelope Rose. Tickets will be $15.

New Shows and Station’s First Podcast
It’s been a crazy busy few months for Station, but we’re back and kicking it with a bunch of awesome shows back in NYC! Since we’ve been back from Nashville, we’ve been to Fire Island not once but TWICE, played the main stage at the Great South Bay Music Festival, played our “welcome back to NYC” show at Arlene’s Grocery, and we’re heading back to Lulu’s and Kenny’s Castaways all within the next month. We’re also excited to announce that Station is scheduled to be featured in an upcoming podcast this September on “The Designated Driver Podcast.” Be sure to check out their website at http://ddpodcast.com/ to find out when our show will be available for listening.
That’s all for now! We’ll be back soon to give an update about our upcoming shows.
Home Sweet Home
We’re back!!!
Nashville was unbelievable. Michael Wagener is an amazing producer, and we had an unbelievable time tracking with him. We’ll keep you posted on a release date in the fall.
Now that we’re back home, we’re back in the swing of things with a ton for shows lined up this month. On Sunday, July 15th, catch us at the Great South Bay Music Festival in Patchogue, NY. After that we have back to back shows on Fri July 20th and Sat July 21st at the Huntington Manor Fireman’s Festival, and then we’re back to Arlene’s Grocery to celebrate Chris’ birthday! Finally, we’re heading to Brooklyn on the 27th to rock out at the Wicked Monk in Bay Ridge. Check out our shows page for complete details.
Heading Down South
WE ARE NASHVILLE BOUND TOMORROW! It’s been a crazy journey to get this far, and we’re excited to produce our EP with the man/myth/legend, Michael Wagener. We’ve been making tons of preparations for travel, and we’ve been listening to tons of Skid Row and Dokken to mentally prepare for this trip. This is pretty much the ultimate rock and roll vacation for us, so get ready for a Station release late summer/early fall. Be sure to check out our Twitter account (@StationNYC) for cool updates about the trip and the recording.
Back to the Playhouse
Station has an exciting week ahead as we head back to the Ridgefield Playhouse for not one, but two awesome shows! On Sunday, we will be supporting southern rock gurus .38 Special, and then on Thursday we’re back to support the vocal goddess herself, Pat Benatar! Two awesome chances to see Station sharing the same stage with music legends.
Station would like to thank the Ridgefield Playhouse for these amazing opportunities and for their continued support. For more information about upcoming shows at the Playhouse, please visit www.ridgefieldplayhouse.com. Keep rockin!
